Shipping & Delivery Policy

Good Goods Does Not Ship

Good Goods is a peer-to-peer listings marketplace. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. We provide a platform for individuals to connect and arrange the exchange of second-hand goods.

All logistics — collection, delivery, and payment — are arranged directly between the buyer and seller.

How Delivery Works

Once a buyer and seller agree on a transaction through the inquiry system, they should agree on one of the following delivery methods:

In-Person Collection (Recommended)

The buyer meets the seller at a mutually agreed public location to inspect and collect the item. This is the safest option as you can verify the item before paying.

Seller-Arranged Courier

Sellers may choose to ship items via a third-party courier (e.g. J&T Express, Pos Laju, DHL) at the buyer’s expense. Shipping costs, timelines, and tracking are agreed between the parties.

Buyer-Arranged Pickup

The buyer may arrange their own courier to collect from the seller’s location.

Safety Guidelines

  • Always inspect items before handing over payment.
  • For high-value items, meet at a police station, shopping mall, or other busy public place.
  • Do not transfer money before receiving the item, unless you have independently verified the seller’s trustworthiness.
  • Check whether the seller has a GG Verified badge — this indicates they have been manually reviewed by our team.
  • If you suspect fraud, report the listing immediately and contact us at support@goodgoods.club.

Good Goods Platform Fees

Good Goods charges fees for platform access (account activation and annual verification) and ad credits. These are digital services delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. There is no physical delivery involved.

  • Account activation (MYR 2.00): Delivered instantly — your account is activated immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Annual verification (MYR 2.00): Delivered instantly — sell access is restored immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Ad credits: Credited to your account instantly after payment confirmation.

Disputes About Delivery

Good Goods is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or not delivered during buyer–seller arrangements. If a seller fails to deliver an item or misrepresents its condition, we encourage you to:

  1. Report the listing via the Report button on the item page.
  2. Contact us at support@goodgoods.club with details of the transaction.
  3. File a report with the Royal Malaysia Police if fraud is suspected.

Good Goods cannot mediate or guarantee outcomes of buyer–seller disputes but will take action against sellers found to be acting fraudulently, including permanent account suspension.
