Terms of Service

By accessing or using Good Goods (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms govern all use of goodgoods.club and any associated mobile or web applications.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Malaysia with a valid MyKad to post listings or send inquiries.
• You may not use the Platform if you have been previously banned or suspended by Good Goods.
• By submitting your MyKad number, you confirm that the information is accurate and belongs to you.

• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or fees is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must complete the account setup process (identity verification + MYR 2.00 activation fee) before posting listings or sending inquiries.
• Notify us immediately at support@goodgoods.club if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.1 Permitted Listings

You may list second-hand goods that you legally own and have the right to sell. Items must be accurately described with real photos taken of the actual item.

4.2 Prohibited Listings

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Counterfeit, replica, or stolen goods
• Weapons, explosives, or controlled substances
• Adult content or services
• Live animals
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Financial products, MLM schemes, or pyramid schemes
• Any item whose sale is illegal under Malaysian law

4.3 Content Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Misleading descriptions, fake photos, or fraudulent pricing are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

4.4 Listing Lifecycle

Listings remain active for 90 days. After expiry, a 7-day grace window applies before content is permanently removed. Sold listings are removed 90 days after being marked sold. Good Goods reserves the right to remove any listing at any time for policy violations.

• Account activation: A one-time fee of MYR 2.00 is required to activate your account.
• Annual verification: A fee of MYR 2.00/year is required to maintain sell access.
• Ad credits: Each listing costs 1 ad credit (MYR 1.00/credit). Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and processed via CHIP (chip-in.asia).
• Good Goods does not collect any commission on sales between buyers and sellers.
• Prices may change. Updated pricing will be displayed on the Platform before taking effect.

• Good Goods is a listings platform only. All transactions, payments, and delivery arrangements between buyers and sellers are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
• Good Goods is not a party to any transaction between users and accepts no liability for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items.
• You must not use the inquiry system to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or abusive messages.
• You must not attempt to conduct transactions outside the Platform to avoid fees or circumvent safety features.

Good Goods and its logos, design, and software are owned by Good Goods and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without written permission.

By posting photos and content on the Platform, you grant Good Goods a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display that content on the Platform for the duration of your listing.

You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically access the Platform without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post false reviews or engage in reputation manipulation
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Create fake listings or conduct fraudulent transactions

Good Goods may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Platform or its users. Upon termination, your listings will be removed and unused ad credits may be forfeited in cases of policy violations.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@goodgoods.club.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Good Goods does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the completion of any transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Good Goods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from fraudulent transactions, item misrepresentation, or failed deliveries.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Good Goods in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We encourage you to contact us first at support@goodgoods.club to resolve disputes informally before initiating legal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
